About AAC Group
AAC Group designs, installs, maintains and repairs air conditioning for homes in Kent. Based in Folkestone, the company also installs and services home air source heat pumps. Its maintenance and repair support includes systems installed by other companies.
The business began as Ashford Air Conditioning in 2005. Service and maintenance operations were added in 2014 and mechanical services the following year. The three companies came together as AAC Group in 2018.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm; Saturdays are by appointment and Sundays are closed. Out-of-hours appointments can be arranged through the office. Free estimates and initial outline design advice are offered without an obligation to proceed.
Maintenance agreements offer preferential service rates, reduced call-out charges and priority response during busy periods. Extended manufacturer warranties are advertised where applicable, with regular maintenance required to keep warranties valid. Support is available for systems installed by other companies.
For home air source heat pumps, an online property questionnaire provides an initial estimate before a full design and heat-loss survey. AAC offers to apply for Boiler Upgrade Scheme funding with the customer's permission, subject to eligibility. Its heating page advertises Havenwise smart-control software at no extra cost for two years as part of installations, including the ability to provide remote support.
Customer reviews reproduced on the website describe domestic air conditioning installations in a garden room and a master bedroom. These are customer-reported examples rather than detailed company case studies.
Commercial teams cover Kent, London and surrounding areas, and offer HVRF, VRF and VRV systems. The one-year installation and equipment warranty is presented under Commercial Guarantees; no domestic warranty duration is established.
