What this sample tells you
Look beyond the headline figure
The single-room offers in this edition run from £1,595 to £2,576. They include different equipment and installation allowances, so this is a range of advertised offers, not a UK average or a fair-price estimate.
Pipework allowances vary from 3m to 15m. A new circuit, pump, access equipment or decorating can sit outside the standard price. Ask for the exact scope in writing.
How we collect and maintain it
Domestic Aircon reviewed four company websites on 21 October 2026 and transcribed 15 offers. Selection was based on finding an accessible, explicit installed price. It is a convenience sample with a South East bias, not a representative market survey.
We retain “from” wording, do not infer VAT from registration numbers and do not assume a model code from a range name. Prices and promotions may change after the checked date. Inclusion is not a paid placement or an installer endorsement.
