AC South operates from Portslade, installing, maintaining and repairing domestic air conditioning across advertised areas of southern and eastern England. Home options include wall-mounted, floor-mounted, ducted and multi-split systems, with design advice and smart home controls.
AC South operates in association with TSS Facilities and shares assets with it. Its residential page claims manufacturer partnerships with Daikin, Fujitsu, Samsung and Mitsubishi, without identifying the Mitsubishi division in that statement. The Bedford page also claims accredited installer status for Daikin and Toshiba and describes its installers as F-Gas certified; this is an individual qualification claim.
Free home surveys are explicitly advertised on the Bedford and Berkshire pages. The Berkshire page describes a site visit as the first step in designing a system around the customer's needs. Free quotations are also offered. Smart home options include Alexa and Google Home, and the Brighton page says most wall- or floor-mounted units can be installed in one visit following a discussion of requirements.
Maintenance contracts cover systems installed by AC South and other installers. Advertised contract features include regular servicing and testing, checklists and leak checks, with normal daytime servicing and 24/7 availability. The Norfolk page also offers one-off servicing. These availability statements do not specify office opening hours.
The Essex page advertises a five-year guarantee on its work but supplies no exclusions, maintenance conditions or claim procedure. Bedford and Berkshire pages associate Daikin and Toshiba installer accreditation with extended warranties, without stating their duration or terms. The Essex page separately advertises a four-hour emergency repair response; this has not been extended to other service areas.
A cottage installation undertaken with TSS Facilities used a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries multi-split system with two 1.5 kW wall-mounted bedroom units. Two engineers completed the project in one day, including electrical and refrigerant connections, testing and customer handover.
Testing and certification can include arranging specialist checks. The specific TM44 coordination example is for workplace equipment. Rooftop ducted package units on the Bedford and Berkshire pages are explicitly offered for commercial spaces.
