About ADK Kooling
Established in 2006, ADK Kooling installs, maintains and repairs air conditioning for homes and businesses across London and the South East. It offers water-cooled systems for apartments and other properties where an outdoor condenser is unsuitable, alongside domestic refrigeration repairs.
ADK Kooling was established in 2006 and states that it is a Daikin D1 Business Partner. Its bespoke HVAC design service is advertised for commercial and business premises.
Domestic and commercial AC maintenance plans are available, including one-off visits and regular servicing. PPM packages can cover indoor units, outdoor units or both, with arrangements tailored to the customer.
Installation enquiries involve a site survey and a free quotation advertised within 48 hours. The homepage lists a £200 survey fee credited against an accepted quote, while other AC pages advertise free surveys; the applicable charge remains unclear.
The AC overview advertises seven-year parts cover for Daikin installations. Installation-page wording also mentions seven years for parts and one year for labour, but its FAQ gives a typical five-year manufacturer parts warranty and 12-month workmanship cover. PPM customers are offered priority emergency response. The inconsistent parts terms need clarification for the chosen equipment.
Water-cooled units connect to the mains water supply and need no outdoor condenser. They are offered for individual rooms or open-plan areas; larger properties may require multiple units. The company describes its engineers for these installations as F-Gas certified.
Service enquiries use service@adk.co.uk and maintenance enquiries use maintenance@adk.co.uk. A second office is listed at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. The call centre is advertised as open 365 days a year. Office listings agree on weekday hours of 08:00–18:00 but disagree about Saturday opening.
The company also repairs domestic fridges and freezers, wine coolers, ice machines and bespoke refrigeration units. Its domestic refrigeration page advertises a 90-day repair warranty; this duration is specific to that service.
