About Air Management Solutions Ltd
Air Management Solutions Ltd is a family-run company based in Ashburton, serving homes across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. It designs, installs, maintains and repairs air conditioning and air-to-air heat pumps, and offers free technical site surveys.
The business reports over 30 years of experience in domestic and commercial heat pumps and air conditioning. Its domestic team also designs, installs and repairs air-to-water heat pumps, underfloor heating, smart controls and radiators. Free technical surveys consider the property's requirements and the customer's budget, with a free quotation offered.
Maintenance is available for systems installed by other contractors. The air-to-air heat pump maintenance package includes an annual service and a reminder to arrange the visit. A separate planned maintenance contract lasts 12 months and includes two to four visits, depending on the equipment's environment or the agreement; contract customers receive priority during peak breakdown demand.
Repair and maintenance packages are subject to a system survey. The company says it repairs most makes and models, including equipment it did not install. Where repair is not feasible, it may quote for replacement or refer the customer to the manufacturer depending on warranty timescales. Out-of-hours availability is inconsistent across the supplied pages and cannot be stated reliably.
The homepage claims Daikin D1 partner status and seven-year parts warranties for its new Daikin Multi+ equipment. The maintenance page says new-equipment warranties depend on regular maintenance to the manufacturer's requirements by an approved contractor. The installation page also claims approved installer status for Daikin, Mitsubishi and Samsung, without identifying Mitsubishi's division.
Engineers are described as manufacturer-trained and holding F-Gas refrigerant and G3 unvented hot-water qualifications. These individual qualifications are separate from the company's stated REFCOM registration.
