About Airconcool
Airconcool installs, services and repairs air conditioning across London and Surrey. Home installation options include wall-mounted, floor-mounted and concealed ducted systems, with free site surveys and bespoke system design.
Published contact hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00. Airconcool Limited lists its registered office as 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, distinct from its contact address.
Free home surveys assess unit size, system type, outdoor unit position and installation route. Small and medium projects may receive a free initial estimate before survey. Standard residential installation is estimated at 4–8 hours per unit, depending on layout and complexity; online estimates remain indicative until site details are assessed.
Annual servicing is recommended. The advertised service covers filter cleaning, accessible indoor coil inspection and cleaning where required, condensate drain and applicable pump checks, and basic heating and cooling operation tests. Pricing starts at £120 plus VAT and varies with unit count, access, system type and visit purpose. Repairs and replacement parts are quoted separately.
Maintenance contracts have individually agreed scope, frequency and pricing. Extended manufacturer or supplier warranties may require annual servicing by Airconcool or an approved contractor; missed or delayed servicing, or work by others without suitable records, may invalidate or reduce cover. Unless otherwise stated, repair labour has a 90-day warranty, while replacement parts follow manufacturer or supplier terms. Repair cover applies only to the specific repair or replaced part and excludes issues such as unrelated faults, third-party interference and lack of maintenance.
Airconcool claims company REFCOM and Safe Contractor certification and separately advertises F-Gas certified engineers. It says it does not supply water-based air conditioning systems that avoid an outdoor unit.
