About Askews Refrigeration Services
Askews Refrigeration Services is a family-run company based in Colne, Lancashire, offering air conditioning installation, servicing and maintenance for homes and businesses. Its domestic projects include an attic-mounted ducted system with Airzone controls for individual rooms.
The family business describes more than 25 years of experience and offers design, equipment supply, installation and servicing, including bespoke maintenance packages.
A documented project at a large Lancashire home used one inverter-driven ducted air conditioning unit in the attic with Airzone zoning equipment. Individual wireless room thermostats and motorised dampers directed air to rooms requiring it.
Askews claims Mitsubishi Electric Accredited Installer status. It states that its engineers hold relevant F-Gas qualifications and are on the Gas Safe register. Its accreditations page lists Gas Safe registration 187845 and B&ES membership FS04700/HV008318.
The maintenance page describes experience with Daikin, LG and Toshiba equipment. Service enquiries use service@askewsltd.com.
For businesses, Askews advertises planned preventative maintenance, TM44 inspections and a service department available 24/7. Refrigerant recovery is separately advertised throughout the UK.
Its terms state that any equipment guarantee it provides depends on proper installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance.
