About Be Cool Refrigeration
Be Cool Refrigeration installs, repairs and maintains home air conditioning across Greater London, Kent, Essex, Surrey and Hertfordshire. Domestic options include wall-mounted, multi-split and concealed ducted systems. Free installation surveys and 24/7 emergency callouts are available.
The business reports operating since 2004. Its engineers hold individual F-Gas certificates, and it advertises public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Free installation surveys assess the property, electrics, drainage and outdoor unit options. The Bromley service includes a written quote covering system size, brand choices, unit positions, pipework route and timing. For flats and leasehold properties, it also handles consent discussions with the freeholder or managing agent.
The Bromley installation service advertises a seven-year installation warranty conditional on annual servicing. Handover includes system testing, a controls demonstration and manufacturer warranty registration. Most domestic installations are described as taking one to two days.
Preventative maintenance programmes are available. Published standard hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00. Emergency callouts operate 24/7, with an extra surcharge.
A June 2026 Richmond project fitted white Daikin wall-mounted units in a period home's living room, bedroom and nursery, with two outdoor condensers on the terrace. Another June 2026 home installation used black Daikin Stylish wall-mounted units and a flat-roof condenser.
Commercial work includes refrigeration installation and servicing, VRV/VRF systems for larger buildings and water-cooled air conditioning for offices and buildings where standard air-cooled units are unsuitable.
