About Belmar Services
Belmar Services is an independent air conditioning company based in Hucknall. It designs, installs, services and repairs systems for homes and businesses, with installation work across the East Midlands and nationwide maintenance. It also installs ventilation and air source heat pumps.
Belmar reports over 30 years of trade experience and works on new builds and refurbishments. An experienced project manager coordinates each project and acts as the client's contact point.
Design starts with a conversation and site survey, considering the building's size, layout, daily use, energy goals and budget. Free surveys and no-obligation quotations are offered. Design and installation cover Nottingham and the wider East Midlands; air conditioning maintenance is offered nationwide.
Tailored maintenance contracts include priority over non-contract customers, preventative maintenance programmes and a reactive breakdown service available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Visits can be scheduled around the customer. The company states that manufacturer warranties require adequate maintenance by competent personnel.
Repair work is documented. Major repairs receive fixed-price quotations for customer approval, and genuine replacement parts are used.
The company states that it holds CHAS and SMAS accreditation and Safe Contractor approval. It also reports individual REFCOM registrations for its engineers.
Additional domestic services include ventilation installation and maintenance, and the design and installation of air source heat pumps for heating and hot water.
