About Blueflow Heating Cooling & Renewables
Blueflow Heating Cooling & Renewables designs, supplies and installs air conditioning for homes across Essex. It installs Midea and Mitsubishi equipment, including wall-mounted, multi-split and ducted systems, and provides servicing and repairs.
Blueflow is a trading name of Granshaw and Sons Limited. It describes its business as owner-operated with 15 years of trade experience, advertises Mitsubishi Partner status and states that its engineers hold F-Gas, Gas Safe, CIPHE and City & Guilds qualifications.
Air conditioning surveys assess rooms, insulation, planning constraints and installation routes before a system recommendation and written quote. Installation includes leak testing, commissioning and instruction on using the controls. Most single-room wall installations are estimated at half a day; multi-split and ducted installations typically take one to three days, depending on access and the number of indoor units.
Annual air conditioning service plans are advertised. Servicing includes equipment checks, cleaning accessible components where appropriate and testing operation. Work depends on the system and its condition; repairs requiring parts or additional work are discussed separately. Blueflow also accepts servicing and repair enquiries for systems installed by other companies.
The terms state a one-year installation workmanship warranty, subject to proper maintenance. Cover applies to new goods supplied and installation workmanship, excluding existing systems and issues they cause. Annual servicing by Blueflow or an approved competent engineer is required to maintain warranties; exclusions include consumables, filters, misuse, neglect and third-party damage.
Published opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, and Sunday, 8am–1pm. An additional telephone number is 07939423827.
