About Ceilite Airconditioning
Ceilite Airconditioning is based in Stansted and provides domestic air conditioning across London and the South East. It offers system design, installation, maintenance and repairs, with free surveys and experience installing Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems in residential properties.
Free surveys and design are available. The design team discusses required features and considers cooling needs, space constraints and budget when recommending equipment.
Installation includes a technical analysis of the selected equipment and an explanation of the installation method. The team explains system operation after installation.
Maintenance contracts are available to suit customer needs. Emergency breakdown service is offered to existing maintenance customers.
Ceilite states that its Mitsubishi Electric Diamond BSP partnership enables it to offer a ten-year parts warranty on Mitsubishi Electric systems it installs.
Ceilite directly employs its installation and service teams and provides internal and external training. It reports CSCS/skill cards for its workforce and approved subcontractors, with new site operatives enrolled or assessed for further training within three months.
Residential projects include two Mitsubishi Electric VRF heat pump systems with 43 fan coils at the Grade II listed 7 St James Square property. At 225 Marsh Wall, Ceilite installed 40 Mitsubishi Electric water-cooled heat-recovery VRF systems serving apartments across 40 floors, with 788 fan coil units.
For a two-bedroom new-build house in Newport, Essex, Ceilite supplied and commissioned a Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan air-to-water heat pump and hot-water cylinder. The homeowner managed the installation, with advice from Ceilite.
Commercial work includes supplying, installing and commissioning nine Panasonic gas-fired heat-recovery VRF systems for an office building at Market Road.
