About Climachill
Climachill is a family-run air conditioning company serving homes across Sussex, Surrey and the South East. It designs, installs, maintains and repairs residential systems, including wall-mounted, multi-split and ducted options, and offers free home surveys and quotations.
Climachill employs its engineers directly and supplies portable air conditioners nationwide. Its showroom lets customers compare units from different manufacturers.
Home surveys and quotations are free. During the survey, an engineer assesses the space, unit positions, pipework route and electrical requirements. System recommendations take account of room size, usage, budget and efficiency priorities. The company says most residential installations take one day, with a project timeframe provided at survey and an operating demonstration at handover.
Planned maintenance contracts are available to domestic customers. Climachill recommends annual servicing for efficiency and manufacturer warranty compliance, and also services and repairs systems installed by other companies. Service visits include refrigerant and electrical checks, filter cleaning, indoor evaporator cleaning and sanitising, outdoor condenser cleaning and an operating check.
The company states that its engineers hold Category 1 F-Gas qualifications and have attended manufacturer training courses. It also claims NICEIC Approved Contractor and registered Domestic Installer status, plus CHAS accreditation.
Residential previous-work pages feature ducted systems for multiple rooms, loft conversions, garden offices, log cabins and a home music recording studio.
