About Cool 365
Cool 365 designs, installs, maintains and repairs air conditioning for homes and businesses across Blackheath, London and surrounding areas. Established in 2011, it offers free installation surveys and sources equipment from Daikin, LG and Mitsubishi.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, with the office closed at weekends. Emergency call-outs are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. WhatsApp contact is available on 07586 938365.
Free installation surveys assess the property and its requirements. System design considers room layout, usage and insulation. After fitting and testing the equipment, the team explains how to operate it and maintain it.
The team holds City & Guilds qualifications in installing, testing and maintaining air conditioning and heat pumps at Level 2, plus brazing and servicing qualifications at Level 3. The company also states that its engineers are F-Gas certified.
Maintenance includes inspections, filter cleaning, refrigerant-level checks, electrical checks and performance testing following manufacturer guidelines. A findings report and recommendations can be provided. The company recommends annual servicing for most residential systems and advertises servicing for any make or model.
Repair work is quoted after diagnosis and before work begins. Emergency attendance depends on availability, with an estimated timeframe given when the customer contacts the company.
The company also supplies and installs ventilation and extraction systems, MVHR and air source heat pumps. Existing air conditioning can be replaced or upgraded, including relocating equipment and updating controls.
