The air conditioning installation package includes an on-site survey, bespoke design, commissioning reports, a demonstration and user manuals, followed by aftersales support. A parts and labour warranty is advertised, with an optional five-year extended warranty.
Domestic aftercare includes planned maintenance. Existing systems can receive replacement parts, recommissioning, hygiene treatments, full refurbishment or equipment replacement.
The company states that all engineers hold City & Guilds F-Gas certificates and receive regular factory training.
