Cool You supplies, designs, installs and maintains fully internal water-cooled air conditioning for homes across London and the surrounding Home Counties. Its systems avoid an outdoor condenser, with wall-mounted, concealed ducted and multi-split options for apartments, houses and listed properties.
Founded in 2012, Cool You has a London-based team of installation and maintenance engineers. Its managing director, Savva Zacharia, is described as F-Gas qualified, and its installation teams as F-Gas certified and DBS checked.
Home surveys are available in person or by video. Pricing and system information are emailed before the survey, followed by a written proposal afterwards. The published process gives a typical installation lead time of two to three weeks after a formal order, with a standard single-unit installation taking one day.
Cool You offers an ongoing maintenance plan with no joining fee; maintenance visits are charged separately and require a separate agreement. It advertises 24/7 post-installation support.
