About CosyHome Heating Solutions
CosyHome Heating Solutions designs and installs Fujitsu home air conditioning across Bedfordshire, including wall-mounted split and multi-split systems. It offers free property surveys, commissioning, one-off servicing and maintenance plans.
Free surveys assess room dimensions, external walls, equipment sizing and unit positions before a written quotation. Fujitsu installations start at £2,300 fully fitted, including commissioning and a controls walkthrough. Most single-room and multi-room installations take one day; complex homes may take longer, with timing stated in the quote. General terms require a 30% deposit and allow revised charges for unforeseen circumstances or changes to the agreed work.
Essential and Priority air-conditioning plans serve properties with one to five indoor units in Bedfordshire and surrounding areas. Essential prices range from £10 to £26 per month and Priority from £14 to £30, depending on unit count. Annual servicing includes indoor and outdoor cleaning, condensate drain clearing, electrical and refrigerant checks, applicable F-Gas leak checks, and performance and control testing. Priority advertises two annual call-outs, priority booking, 10% off parts and labour and 5% off new installations. One-off servicing is also available.
The general terms state a 12-month workmanship guarantee from completion. Misuse, abuse, neglect or interference by an unauthorised third party may invalidate the guarantee.
The company states that F-Gas qualified technicians handle air-conditioning connections. Its installation offering covers bedrooms, garden rooms, home offices, living areas and multi-room layouts.
CosyHome was founded by friends Jack and Jordan, gas engineers with more than 30 years of combined heating-industry experience.
