About DDP Air Conditioning
DDP Air Conditioning is a family-run Guildford business offering home air conditioning design, installation, servicing and repairs across Surrey and in Farnborough. It provides household maintenance plans, with installations planned through a site visit and a free, no-obligation quotation.
Director Daniel Fry founded the family-run business and brings over 25 years of industry experience. He oversees installations and service plans, while Katharine Fry handles enquiries, bookings and customer support. The company states that its engineers are fully qualified and F-Gas certified and that it carries public liability insurance.
Home assessments consider layout, room use, heat gain and budget. Design covers airflow, indoor unit placement and routes for pipework and electrics. Most single-room installations can be completed in a day; larger installations take longer, with timing dependent on access, pipework routes and design.
Maintenance plans can be scheduled around system usage and can include priority call-outs for contract customers. Plan checks include operating pressures, coil disinfection, fan and filter cleaning, controllers, temperatures, pumps and drains, casing cleaning and a visual power-supply check, followed by a written report. Emergency call-outs are subject to availability. Service reports provide a maintenance record where manufacturers require evidence for warranty cover.
Domestic support includes noise investigation, written repair or improvement recommendations and unit relocation. A customer testimonial published on the website describes a completed multi-split installation at home.
Guildford, Farnham and Farnborough are the main named service areas; work elsewhere depends on the project and availability. An additional contact number is 07895 580122.
