Godfrey & Lappage Services provides home air conditioning installation, maintenance and repairs across Essex, Hertfordshire and London. Established in 1997, it also installs air-to-air and air-to-water heat pumps and offers free surveys, maintenance packages and 24-hour emergency callouts.
Alan Godfrey and Mark Lappage founded the business in 1997. Its engineering team has separate service, maintenance and installation divisions, with an in-house training room for apprentices.
Free surveys and quotations are available, including an initial survey for air-to-air heat pump installations. The team advises on equipment selection and designs air conditioning systems; it also assesses suitability and designs setups for air-to-water heat pumps.
Maintenance options include Gold, Silver, Bronze and bespoke packages, with tailored plans available for homes. Visits can take place annually or more frequently and include component checks, cleaning, and repairs or replacement of parts as necessary. Contract appointments follow company standards and manufacturer guidelines and can be scheduled around home life.
