About Heat and Cool Air Conditioning
Heat and Cool Air Conditioning installs domestic and commercial air conditioning across West Yorkshire from its Leeds base. Home options include wall-mounted, ducted and multi-split systems. The company installs Mitsubishi Electric equipment and offers servicing, fault diagnosis and repairs.
The company operates a Leeds showroom and sales office and reports industry experience dating from 2005. Showroom visits are by appointment Monday to Saturday; it is closed on Sundays. Telephone enquiries are advertised from 08:00 to 17:30, without specified days.
Surveyors assess requirements and equipment options. Conservatory assessments consider room size and glazing when calculating heating and cooling loads. Initial site consultations are free within 15 miles of the company's registered office; further visits cost £135 plus VAT. Outside that radius, charges depend on location. Applicable initial consultation charges are redeemable on acceptance of the contract.
Supplied systems carry a stated minimum three-year parts warranty. The company claims Mitsubishi Electric accredited installer status, providing an additional two years of parts cover for those installations. Warranty cover requires the maintenance schedule to be upheld, and condensate pumps are excluded from standard warranty terms. The company recommends at least annual servicing.
Basic installations usually take one to two days per indoor unit, depending on unit numbers, pipe distances and specification. Outdoor units require a dedicated 240V supply, which the company's electrical contractor can provide at additional cost.
Domestic customers are offered twelve-month payment plans, with finance up to £50,000 over ten years advertised for larger projects, subject to individual status and conditions.
Maintenance and routine servicing are available for systems installed by other companies as well as its own. Fault diagnosis and emergency repairs are also advertised.
A documented family-home refurbishment used a heat-recovery VRV system with nine concealed units and ducted distribution. The installation incorporated smart-home capabilities and was designed to conceal the equipment within the interior.
