About JR Heat
JR Heat installs, services and maintains home air conditioning in Swindon and across Wiltshire. It offers repairs, free quotations and residential maintenance plans, alongside domestic and commercial heating services.
JR Heat installs air conditioning in flats and family homes, recommending equipment to suit the home's size and requirements. Installation quotations are free and without obligation.
Residential HVAC maintenance plans include inspections, cleaning and tune-ups. JR Heat recommends servicing air conditioning at least annually and describes its air conditioning team as F-Gas certified.
The general terms limit any workmanship guarantee provided to labour for 12 months from completion, with the manufacturer's warranty in force. Cover requires full payment and applies only to JR Heat's own work. Misuse, unlawful damage or alterations by others invalidate it; exclusions also apply to work against advice, outstanding recommended work, and installations of inferior quality or over ten years old.
The general terms require a 40% deposit for jobs over £800. Appliance servicing charges exclude repairs that may be needed.
