About Kinlochs & Son
Kinlochs & Son designs, installs, maintains and repairs domestic air conditioning across London, Kent and the South East. Based in Rochester, it offers Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin equipment, with wall-mounted, ceiling cassette, ducted and floor-mounted options.
Established in January 2000, Kinlochs & Son specialises in air conditioning and refrigeration design, installation, servicing and maintenance. Its Kent contact number is 01634 290999.
New installations include a free survey and written proposal. Domestic consultations consider space, budget and other requirements. The company lists conservatories, living rooms, cinema rooms and bedrooms among its project settings.
Planned preventative maintenance packages are tailored to individual requirements and offered with all new installations. Visits include cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments and an equipment-condition report with recommendations. KSL also maintains equipment installed by other companies and keeps F-Gas logs for applicable systems. Manufacturer-backed extended warranties require regular planned preventative maintenance by KSL's service department.
KSL states that it holds Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Quality Partner accreditation and Daikin D1+ premium partner status. Its maintenance engineers are described as qualified and manufacturer-trained.
After-sales support includes a 24-hour, year-round emergency call-out facility for clients. Chemical cleaning and maintenance of existing air-conditioning systems are also available.
KSL offers Mitsubishi Electric Lossnay heat-recovery ventilation, including wall-mounted single-room units suitable for homes.
