Marshall Clean Heat and Power is a family-run business established in 2008 and based in Stockton-on-Tees. It designs, installs and services home air conditioning across the North East, offering single-room and multi-room systems alongside wider renewable energy installations.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with Saturday and Sunday visits by appointment only.
For its combined home cooling and ventilation service, Marshall offers a free in-home survey covering room heat gains, insulation and possible duct and pipe routes. Customers receive a fixed quotation, drawings and an installation schedule, followed by commissioning and an explanation of the app controls.
Most single-room air-conditioning installations take one day; multi-room installations may take two to three days depending on access and complexity. The team handles the required electrical work, pipework and setup. Most systems installed can provide both heating and cooling.
Air-conditioning servicing plans are available, and Marshall recommends annual checks of filters, refrigerant levels and components. It also offers annual maintenance and emergency repairs without requiring an existing service contract. Its air-conditioning service team is described as F-Gas trained.
The core delivery area is approximately 50–60 miles from Stockton-on-Tees. Selected installations are advertised in Yorkshire, including Leeds, Scarborough and the Sheffield outskirts, with selected zones in Cumbria and limited service in the Scottish Borders. For suitable Yorkshire homes, air conditioning can be integrated with heat pumps and solar PV.
Marshall states that it holds company REFCOM F-Gas registration REF1022280. It also lists MCS certification NAP21422 for renewable technologies including heat pumps, solar PV and battery storage.
