About MDH Central Ltd
MDH Central Ltd is a family-run Birmingham business installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning for homes and businesses. It offers single-split and multi-split installations, with surveys for sizing and positioning. Domestic installation covers Birmingham and the Midlands; UK-wide domestic repairs are also advertised.
The company was incorporated in August 2013. Director Adrian previously traded as MDH Services from 2001; his son Matthew joined MDH Central Ltd in August 2017 and is its second director.
Installation includes new systems and replacements. An initial discussion is followed by a survey covering access, equipment positions, capacity, pipe runs, power and drainage, then a quotation and plan. Many single-room installations take a day, depending on size and access; timings are confirmed after the survey.
Maintenance includes cleaning and disinfecting filters, coils and drain pans, with antimicrobial treatments. Commercial and multi-site support includes planned servicing, reporting and equipment F-Gas record keeping where applicable.
Urgent repair calls can be prioritised in Birmingham and the Midlands. Suitable businesses may receive temporary portable cooling while parts are sourced or repairs completed. A documented Samsung ceiling-cassette repair restored heating by replacing the outdoor probe loom and testing the system.
A March 2026 installation project describes work at a property with existing solar panels. The team protected floors and furnishings and used a vacuum during drilling and final cleaning.
Published contact hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Free quotations are available through the enquiry form.
