About Newcastle Air Conditioning
Newcastle Air Conditioning designs, installs, maintains and repairs air conditioning for homes across Newcastle upon Tyne and the North East. It offers wall-mounted and multi-split systems for heating and cooling, alongside residential maintenance plans.
Newcastle Air Conditioning is part of the Northern Air Group. Its team reports over 20 years of industry experience, and the homepage identifies Karl Hudson and Alan Bowman as its founders. Engineers are described as F-Gas certified.
Home assessments consider room size, layout and insulation before equipment is recommended. Installation work includes pipework, mounting and system testing.
Residential maintenance contracts are available, with scheduled service reminders. Maintenance includes filter cleaning or replacement, checks on moving parts, refrigerant levels and electrical connections, and adjustment of system settings. The homepage advertises annual servicing at £85 plus VAT.
The company states it is a registered Midea Pro Partner. Manufacturer warranties can extend to ten years depending on brand and model when paired with a regular maintenance plan; the Midea partner statement specifies an annual service plan. The company handles warranty registration and claims.
Multi-split installations allow different room temperature settings, but connected rooms must share the same heating or cooling mode; they cannot heat one room while cooling another.
