About Oxford Air Conditioning
Oxford Air Conditioning designs, installs, maintains and repairs home air conditioning from its Abingdon base. Its range includes wall-mounted, multi-split and ducted systems, with free installation surveys, fixed-price installations and annual service plans.
Founded in 1996, Oxford Air Conditioning serves homes and businesses. Its engineers are DBS checked, with continuing technical and health-and-safety training for engineers, contractors and designers.
Home installations are offered at a fixed price, with system selection advice and an annual service plan available. Free on-site installation surveys and an online quote calculator are offered. Written installation and maintenance quotations include an accreditation pack and are valid for 30 days.
Maintenance agreements include servicing, inspections, cleaning and priority repairs. The 24-hour emergency call-out service is restricted to contracted clients; breakdown visits for customers without an agreement are scheduled around existing client commitments.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. The published emergency contact number is 01235 524411.
The company states that it is a Toshiba T7 and Daikin D1 warranty partner. Its consumer terms make manufacturer warranty eligibility for authorised-partner goods conditional on installation and maintenance exclusively by Oxford Air Conditioning throughout the warranty period.
Mitsubishi units are listed for repair. A customer testimonial published on the residential page describes three Daikin units installed in a North Oxford home.
