About Oxon Energy
Oxon Energy provides home cooling in Oxfordshire, including wall-mounted units and ducted fan coils. It also offers heat pumps, ventilation with heat recovery and battery storage, alongside installation and air conditioning servicing.
Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm; closed Saturday and Sunday.
Home cooling options include wall-mounted units, low-level fan-assisted radiator-style units and ducted fan coils concealed in a loft or void, delivering air through ceiling or wall grilles.
For projects other than heat pumps, a site visit precedes the quotation and proposal. After acceptance, contracts and installation dates are agreed. Handover includes system testing and commissioning, operating instructions, documentation and user training.
The company services air conditioning, heat pumps, MVHR and battery storage, including routine maintenance, fault diagnosis and system optimisation. It also offers maintenance plans and ongoing support through a dedicated service and maintenance team.
Heat pump proposals include a heat loss report, sizing for air, ground or water source equipment and suggested radiator upgrades. Its air source heat pump FAQ offers a free site survey to assess available space.
Oxon Energy states that it is MCS certified, RECC and BESA members, OFTEC and Gas Safe registered, SafeContractor approved and REFCOM certified.
