ProAir is a family-run air conditioning company based in Sandhurst, serving homes across Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire. It installs Midea and Mitsubishi Electric equipment and offers wall-mounted, single-split, multi-split and ducted systems, alongside maintenance and repairs.

ProAir provides a one-year installation workmanship warranty; routine servicing, wear and tear and unrelated faults are separate. Recorded maintenance extends qualifying cover in annual stages up to 10 years, subject to manufacturer terms governing parts, labour contributions and exclusions. Selected Mitsubishi Electric installations can qualify for up to seven years, depending on equipment and scheme conditions, including annual maintenance; the exact term is confirmed in writing.
Servicing includes accessible filter and coil cleaning, drainage and pump checks, outdoor equipment inspection, and controls and performance checks. Systems installed by other companies can be serviced subject to condition, safe access and service requirements. Fault repairs and additional work are agreed separately. Repairs depend on access and parts availability; visit charges are confirmed before booking, with parts and further work quoted separately.
