About Ram Air Conditioning
Ram Air Conditioning is a family-run business based in Milton Keynes providing home air conditioning design, installation, maintenance and repairs. It offers free site surveys, installs systems across Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire, and advertises repair services in Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
Domestic installations start with an on-site assessment of the property's size and layout and an estimate. Completed systems are tested, balanced and demonstrated, and the company states that commissioning certificates are provided.
Annual domestic servicing and ongoing maintenance plans are available. Visits include system checks, filter and coil cleaning, refrigerant-level checks and a written performance report. Regular servicing is described as helping maintain warranty validity.
A Bletchley open-plan home project used a multi-split system with two indoor units connected to one outdoor condenser. Pipework followed ceiling voids and existing service routes, and handover included setting up and demonstrating the homeowners' smart-control app.
Installation is advertised across Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire; repair coverage also includes Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. Repair visits include diagnosis, a quotation before work, subsequent testing and a summary of the work. A 24/7 emergency breakdown service is advertised for homes and businesses.
System validation is available to homeowners and landlords. Checks cover refrigerant pressures, temperature balance, electrical performance, airflow, controls and drainage, with a report containing photographs, test results and recommendations.
For commercial work, the company describes its in-house engineers as F-Gas registered and trained to manufacturer standards. Commercial options include single-split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and close-control systems. Its Milton Keynes office refurbishment case study describes installation of a Daikin multi-split system and subsequent twice-yearly maintenance.
