About SAFEXE
SAFEXE is an Exmouth-based installer of home air conditioning serving Exeter, East Devon and nearby towns. It offers single-split, multi-split and ducted installations, alongside servicing, maintenance and property-specific system design for heating and cooling.
System recommendations take account of the number of rooms, outdoor space, pipework routes, budget and intended use. A first-time service or health check may be recommended for an existing system with an unknown service history.
The company publishes an East Devon project installing a customer-supplied Bosch air conditioning system, including a condensate pump and commissioning.
Its service terms state a 12-month workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated, with exclusions including manufacturer defects, misuse, accidental damage and third-party interference. No labour warranty applies when the customer supplies the primary equipment. Manufacturer warranties have their own terms and may require regular servicing.
