Established in 2000, SCSM designs, installs and maintains air conditioning for homes and commercial premises across London, the Home Counties and the South East. Its domestic offering includes wall-mounted and ducted systems, free site surveys and tailored maintenance plans.

Free home surveys consider the number of rooms, layout and appearance when selecting a system. Advertised residential applications include bedrooms, conservatories, garages, outbuildings and loft conversions. SCSM also supplies A-rated portable air conditioners for homes, vented through an exhaust hose to a window.

SCSM offers free, no-obligation quotations and advertises a five-year warranty on all labour work. It offers 24-hour call-outs for servicing emergencies.

Maintenance plans are tailored to the system and its use, with regular inspections and reports on the condition and likely lifespan of major components. Routine servicing includes safety inspections, leak checks, drain-line flushing and filter cleaning.

SCSM states that it is a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Quality Partner and offers extended warranties on Mitsubishi equipment installed and maintained by its engineers. It also claims CHAS and Constructionline Gold approval. Its commercial offering includes cassette units for offices and multi-unit VRF systems for hotels, hospitals and office blocks.
