About Sky Air Conditioning
Sky Air Conditioning is a Loughton-based air conditioning and ventilation business founded in 2005. It designs and installs home cooling and heating systems in Essex and London, with free home surveys, maintenance packages and round-the-clock breakdown assistance.
Sky Air Conditioning Ltd was formed in 2005 by Matthew Wimpress and Dan Carberry and serves domestic and commercial clients. The company identifies itself as an accredited Mitsubishi Electric installer.
Home installations include solutions for home offices, loft conversions and whole-house heating and cooling. Its project listing documents a Mitsubishi ceiling cassette installation in a home cinema in Loughton, without specifying the Mitsubishi division.
Free home visits assess the space and requirements before quotation. The design process includes supplier consultation, a detailed quote within seven days, and a fixed cost and bespoke system drawings for approval if the customer proceeds. A single-unit installation normally takes one to two days.
Tailored maintenance packages cover Sky installations and existing systems, with existing systems subject to a site survey. New installations carry a three-year warranty when the customer chooses a bespoke maintenance package.
Breakdown assistance is advertised 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for both Sky installations and existing systems. The company states that all its engineers hold the City & Guilds Level 2 award in F-GAS & ODS Certification and NVQ Level 2 in Commercial Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
