About Soltec UK
Soltec UK is a family-run business providing home air conditioning and ventilation across Essex and London. It designs, installs, maintains and repairs systems, offering wall-mounted, ducted, floor-mounted and multi-split options alongside Airzone zoning controls.
Soltec was founded in 1996 on Spain’s Costa del Sol. The family-run business is led by brothers Andy and Nick and is now based in Southend-on-Sea.
A free home visit with Andy includes a property assessment, discussion of suitable options and a quotation. The enquiry form also accepts room dimensions in metres for a free estimate.
Soltec repairs and maintains systems installed by other contractors. Its first maintenance visit includes an assessment and recommendations for any necessary repairs or replacements. Annual servicing is recommended for domestic systems.
Airzone controls allow individual rooms or zones to be managed separately and work particularly well with ducted air conditioning. Soltec welcomes involvement early in new builds and renovations to plan air conditioning and controls together. Retrospective Airzone installation is available where suitable, including battery-operated wall controls where new wiring is impractical.
Installation is included as standard with the air conditioners Soltec supplies. Coverage can extend to areas such as Kent by enquiry.
