About Swindon Air Conditioning
Swindon Air Conditioning is a family-run business installing, maintaining and repairing home air conditioning across Swindon and the South West. It offers free property surveys and also installs Nuaire home ventilation systems.
Installation starts with a property survey and equipment recommendations, followed by a free, no-obligation quotation. The company registers systems for the applicable warranties and usually allows one full day for a single-system installation.
Annual servicing follows manufacturer guidelines and includes cleaning filters, coils and internal components, inspecting mechanical parts, checking refrigerant levels and testing electrical connections and controls. A typical split-system service with one indoor and one outdoor unit starts from £90 plus VAT; pricing depends on the unit's size and model.
Repair work can include PCB and compressor replacements. For a leaking system needing a recharge, the company describes inspecting the unit, locating and repairing the leak, then regassing it.
Home ventilation installations use Nuaire Positive Input Ventilation equipment, with a loft unit and ceiling diffuser. An engineer visits the home to assess suitability before a free, no-obligation quotation and installation.
The family-run business is part of National Air Conditioning Limited. It states that its engineers are F-Gas certified by REFCOM and separately claims company REFCOM accreditation and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 3 Diamond Dealer certification. Its installation page states a one-year workmanship guarantee.
