About Thermal Care Scotland
Thermal Care Scotland designs, installs and maintains home air conditioning from its Bathgate base, covering West Lothian, Edinburgh and Central Scotland. It offers reversible wall-mounted and multi-split systems from Daikin, with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries alternatives where suitable.
Standard single-room Daikin installations start at £2,195 including VAT, with the price confirmed by a free survey. The standard specification includes one indoor and one outdoor unit, wall mounting, up to 5 m of interconnecting services, gravity condensate drainage, a local electrical connection and commissioning. A standard single-room installation usually takes one day.
Annual air conditioning maintenance starts at £120, with additional indoor units charged at £40 each. The company services systems installed by others and states that annual maintenance helps preserve manufacturer warranty conditions.
Multi-splits usually serve up to four rooms, subject to manufacturer combination tables. Larger designs and complex properties are quoted after survey. Conservatory installations are always surveyed first. The company advises on siting and supplies technical information; owners remain responsible for landlord, factor and planning approvals.
The company reports over a decade of installation experience and describes its refrigerant engineers as Refcom certified. Its separate commercial air conditioning offering includes VRF design, installation and maintenance across Scotland and Northern England, with 24/7 support for commercial contract clients.
