WM Air Conditioning designs, installs, services and repairs home air conditioning across Oxfordshire, London and the Thames Valley. Based in Stanton Harcourt, it offers free site surveys and annual prepaid maintenance contracts.
William Mead established WM Refrigeration Ltd in 1983 to maintain refrigeration equipment for local butcher shops. His sons Jason and Robert joined in April 1986.
Free site surveys and advice are offered. Installation planning begins with a project manager measuring the space and assessing unit positions against customer requirements. Bespoke system designs are available, and an emailed quotation lets the customer review the proposed installation. Project managers visit regularly during installation.
Annual prepaid maintenance contracts include up to four visits a year, with blocked filters cleaned or replaced and system efficiency checked. Breakdown support is also available to new customers; engineers assess faults, advise on repairs or replacement parts and arrange a return visit where needed.
WM states that it is a Daikin D1 Partner and uses Mitsubishi equipment. Published domestic projects include a kitchen/diner installation and cooling for a bedroom and gym in a Chipping Norton house. A customer account also describes a floor-standing unit installed in a loft bedroom.
